Help with a home training regeme?

Hi,

I'm an 18 year old female student living a very busy life, I study 5 days a week and work sundays, monday nights and Thursday nights, I leave the house early in the morning and on work nights don't get in untill late (11pm). I tryed joining a gym but couldn't get into it and just didn't enjoy going. I like doing exercises at home when I have time, the problem here is I have no idea where to start or what exercises to do. I don't need to loose weight as I'm a uk size 8-10 waist and a uk size 6 top, I just really need to tone up, build some strength and get fit, as I have let myself go since playing loads of sport when I was younger. I don't have the time to join any teams or clubs these days. I also struggle to keep a healthy balanced diet as I'm out of the house a lot of the time so have to eat on the go. Does any one have any ideas or advice to help me sort my regeme out?

Feedback much appreciated :)

Thanks Guys!

You can try Power 90 by Tony Horton. If you consider yourself fit enough, you can give a go for P90X. P90X is really good for those looking to strengthen themselves and be in a really good shape.

Good luck,

P90/P90X....without a doubt

I would absolutely try P90X. Once you get used to the workouts, they really only last 35-40 minutes in length. P90X really is the best home workout program on the market. Yes, it is an infomercial product, but it really does work.

If you go to my site (listed below) you can read about the program, understand what equipment you may or may not need, understand the routines etc.

If you decide on P90 or P90X, please drop me a line and let me know what you think!
