Hey, im Justin i am 16 years old (turning 17 in february). i took track and field last year and i found out a had flat feet. that was when i was a sophmore in high school, and now that i am a junior, i am trying to train for my senior year (catch up on my speed).
my main goal is to get a six pack not just to get a better look to my stomach, but so i can become more fit. i made a vow, that i will try my hardest this new years (and happy new year to everyone) and i just need help with a few things.
1. Exercise tips (i do push-ups and crunches at night), but when should i do them, every day? 3x a week?
2. Running. (i run for an hour straight on some nights) should i run for time (30-45 minutes is when you really start to burn carbs and fats right?) or should i run for distance.
3. also dieting/nutritional help. ive been trying to have mostly yogurt, and salad, but the problem is, things don't fill me up, but i do understand i am kind of young and growing. can anyone help me with meals and nutritional tips?
