i've been working out consistently for about a year now. i'm 19, 6 foot, and 145-150 pound. when i first started working out i stuck to a simple 3 or 4 day split, 3 sets of 10 reps, and minimal cardio maybe 3 times a week. i noticed minimal results and got excited about it, so i stuck to the same routine for a long time and barely noticed anything after that.
i should say that my goal is to get cut and lean muscle, without being too bulky and to have a low body fat %, something similar to a swimmers body. i tried the brad pitt fight club workout (3 sets of 15, work one muscle group a day, cardio on fridays), and i noticed results fairly quickly. i lost some body fat, and definitely noticed a bit more definition in my muscles. this is also the first time that i had a healthy, regimented diet in my time working out. i did this workout for about a month then sort of fell out of it because i knew that it wouldnt give me the results i need.
^^ my goal is something around that. very defined muscles, cut abs, but not too big. also since the beginning i have been using protein shakes after every workout, used superpump 250 (one tub) but havent bought a new one yet, and recently starting taking a multi vitamin and fish oil. if anyone can help me with my workout routine/diet plan that would be great!
