Help...questions

I am starting to seriously workout. Cardio and weight training. I am 36 years old female and am wondering, is it possible for me to get back in shape? I don't want to bulk up but want abs and muscle definition. I have just started...but often think is it really possible. Any suggestions would be great. I am also incorporating this with a low fat, no sugar, no white breads or pastas etc. diet.

absolutely.

it sounds like you have the right idea doing cardio and weight training. dont worry about bulking up...its very difficult for females to "bulk up." also, it doesnt happen overnight. low fat and low sugar are good...but all carbs do not need to be cut out completely. SOME carbs (including sugar) are actually necessary for normal body functioning. you just dont want to take in a whole lot, especially in one sitting.

just keep up with the cardio and weight training (cardio sounds more important to your fitness goals). work out intensely, and with time you will see results. theres no reason it wouldnt be possible.
