HELP: Push Pull split routine

Can I get some sample "push/pull" split routines from some of you guys. I've never done them before, and since I'm trying to cut some right now, I want something a little different.

Thanks in advance

A push/pull split is pretty easy.

Pushing is any weight that you are pressing away from you, ex:bench press, db press, squat, Bulg squat
Pulling-rows, Oly lifts, deadlift

A very simple routine would be something along the lines of
4X6-bench press, military press, squat/2X12-tricep ext
4X6-Pendlay row, deadlift, gluteham raise/2X12-bicep curl

I agree with Evo, but depending on what you're trying to gain, 4x6 might not be ideal. If you're looking for mass, than add 2 or 4 reps to that. If you want strength, than 4x6 is the thing for you.

Check the diary forum out, you'll find some great routines their. Maybe even some people payed someone to make one for them.

I appreciate the help guys, but I'm stupid and forgot to put the whole reason I'm switching to a push/pull routine...so here it is. I'm starting my cutting phase again, and I think doing a 2 day split like push pull would help me with super-sets hense keeping my heartrate up...blah blah blah. I'm not new to working out by any means...and I know what works well for my body when it comes to straight sets. I have just never done a push/pull split before...so I needed a little guidance in setting one up. I will post the routine I have mapped out SO FAR in the "Diary" section. If you guys can take a look at it and help me add/subtract things...or tweak it some "...that would be great" (for those of you that have seen office space)

There needs to be a straight forward "ROUTINE" section that people can reference on this site...haha
