HOW DO I GET "STRENGHT" IN MY MUSCLES WITHOUT ANY WEIGHTS
ive been doing excersices on body works pro machine and i have seen big improvements in the size of my muscle
but when i arm wrestle people in my school i always seem to lose even when they have smaller muscles than me
my 12 yr old brother is a challenge for me even though im 16!!! and he dont have no muscles!
