help pls

hi i had a question, i tried looking it on google didnt find anything

HOW DO I GET "STRENGHT" IN MY MUSCLES WITHOUT ANY WEIGHTS

ive been doing excersices on body works pro machine and i have seen big improvements in the size of my muscle
but when i arm wrestle people in my school i always seem to lose even when they have smaller muscles than me :(
my 12 yr old brother is a challenge for me even though im 16!!! and he dont have no muscles!

If arm wrestling is your test, then your biceps have bugger all do with it, you need to work your forearms.

They get stronger with carrying or gripping things. Usually I'd suggest reversing your grip for curls, but you don't use weights.

Do you have any metal bars, hold one end and try to keep it horizontal - Is that a challenge? Probably means your forearms are piss-weak.

I recently saw a link to a bunch of forearm working exercises, let me see if I can find it for you.

Edit: here it is

If I can't, here is what I remember

Levers -
Get the aforementioned metal bar, hold it by one end with the other resting on the ground, lever it up to horizontal using only your forearm muscles, so don't bend at the elbow, bend at the wrist.

Spin catch-

Get a round weight, any kind of heavy disc or flat object will do. Hold the edge with your palms facing down. Flip it into the air and catch the edge again, PAMS FACING DOWN. This'll work your forearms as well.

I can't remember any more, but I'm sure you can feel when your forearms are being worked.

Personally i'm blessed with Pop-eye style arms, upper arm is pretty weak, but if I brace my elbows I can crush cannon balls with my fore arms.
I always get a good laugh when some pumped up jock picks up something heavy with ease, but he can't move it accurately or place it on a shelf because his forearms are like sticks stuck into his chunky upperarms.

yeah i wouldnt really consider armwrestling as a test of strength, but your 'body works pro machine' will only take you so far. if you want to be physically stronger eventually you'll have to invest in weights or a gym membership. does your school have a weightroom? if yes, then look into it.
