Hey guys! I just joined this forum and i was hopin that yall could help me. Ok heres my sad story:
im 19 yrs old, 5'8"-5'9", and ~170. I do not have a regular workout routine because of school and work. I have become concerned with my apperance when i realized that my shirts are not fitting the way i want them to fit (you can see my gut thru them, clearly). I get the "oh you've gained some weight" comment every now and again. Finally i thought enough is enough, i gotta start takin care of my body. soooooo, i've come here to ask for some help. My diet is neither healthy nor unhealthy. my mom cooks low in salt n oil. Livin in a hispanic household, rice is almost an everyday thing, usually accompanied by chicken, beef, or pork. I want to lose at least 10 lbs, preferably before August '06 (goin to dominican republic
) i dont want to become bodybuilder ripped and i dont want to look sickly. i want to convert the mass that i have now into muscle and if i lose some weight with that, fine. All advice is appreciated!! thanks
