Hello. This probably isn't the right bit to be asking this but never mind.
I'm 17 and I've always been a little chubby y'know. I'm 6 foot one, but im a big guy, not fat big, just generally quite broad. Recently I've been really thinking about "beefing up" so to speak, not just for the sake of it, but for the benefits.. feeling better, being more healthy, and feeling more confident etc. (ADHD.. low self esteem : >)
I've no idea where to start, but I just want to get fit but I've no idea what to do.
Can any of you recommend some good exercises that will help me? Obviously walking/jogging is a start, but what about other things.. other exercises to help me get into good shape, and lose some fat.
(For me this is a big problem, I really want to do something about my body, but I've no idea what to do..)
