Help!..One arm is bigger than the other

Hi everyone:

I noticed that my right arm is bigger than my left, but it doesn't look like its muscle wise. The back of my right arm clearly has more fat/skin than the left. If I stand straight up with my arms falling, my right arm is 1/2 bigger than the left. What can I do to decrease the amount of fat or skin in my right arm? I'm not sure if lifting will make the right bigger than it already is.

If it really is a structural fat location problem, there really is no way to "spot-train" the fat off...weightlifting will help, along with diet, to lose body fat, but don't fall into the trap of a few "arm" exercises and the treadmill. You need a structured, gross-movement workout plan and sensible nutrition approach. You can do a search on this website for "HGM" or "Home Grown Muscle" workouts, as well as looking into Alwyn Cosgrove's "Afterburn" workouts.

Good luck
