Help on Workout

Hey guys, I put this in the diary section last night. I was looking over it this morning and I think it may need a little bit of work. Goal is to build muscle, lose fat...and mostly a compound exercise, fullbody workout.
---------------------------------------------
Monday- Bench Press (any variation)
Deadlift
Military Press
Squat
Bent Over Rows (bb)
Pullups
Bent Over Rows (db)

Tuesday- Rest, maybe some light jogging or jump roping

Wednesday- Squats
Stiff-legged Deadlift
DB Lunges
Hack Squat
Weighted Calf Raises

Thursday- Same as Tuesday
Friday- Same as Monday
Saturday- 20 min. of HIIT on treadmill
Sunday- Rest/Nothing

I'm thinking maybe it's too many exercises on monday and friday since they're all compound. And also there is squats on each day, you think this is a good idea or will it lead to a burnout?

why are you doing squats and deads with upper body and then only lower body on another day. if your doing a upper/lower split then do an upper/lower split. Plus how many sets/reps and how old are you etc....

I was doing 2 days upper/lower and one just lower becausei've really never done any lower body besides calf raises, so my lower body is really lagging behind. I was going to do 3x8 on all the exercises... I'm 16, 5'7 185 lbs

No need to do DB ane BB bentover rows unless you spitting up the total volume. Don't get wedesday replace lunges and hack squats for upper body work. If you do back squats 3x a week i would either change the set/rep throughout the week or go light wedesday.

Ok i'll make wednesday an upper/lower split too. I thought bent over rows with db on a bench worker your upper back, where as bent over bb did lower. Thanks jenn and newf
