Hi im having problem on my program and routin. I work out 5 to 6 times a week. my height is 5'9.5 i weigh 180lbs. my program is on monday I start with my chest biceps with 15min cardio tuesday I do cardio only and sauna 10min. wednesday I do my back and triceps with 30min cardio and sauna. thursday cardio only for 30min and sauna. friday i do my shoulders and cardio 15min with sauna. and to finish my week i do cardio for extra and sauna. I need suggesstion to improve my routine...or someone to correct me if im doing it wrong. I want a program for muscle tone and cuts.
