Help me with a 6 pack schedule...

Hey everyone im new here and well yeh i like a lot of people would like a six pack, however i will be dedicated to achieve it, one problem i need a schedule created for me to follow or it just doesnt work out for me. E.g the running + the ab exercises.

I eat very healthily already so NO dieting!

May as well tell a bit about me, im 16 years old and about 6ft tall weighing around 70kg. Im pretty well shaped however my gut sticks out about 2cm from being perfectly flat which is annoying... umm got slight man boobs only cus of puberty i think nothing really major though...

The schedule i require must include all the exercise as well as currently I am not undertaking sports and havnt for a while however i am quite alot fitter then most fitness junkies in terms of cardio and such averaging around level 12 on the beep test if you know it.

Anyway hope you can help!

Hmmm things don't work around like this here. First of all you need to post your current eating and work out habits. Many people, myself included, started out thinking our diet was awesome and it was really not.

After that, we could give some input on what to add or modify to your routine.

:)

we are pretty much not here to tell you what to do, but you can tell us what you are "doing" and we will contribute where we can.

I have heard - and am seeking clarification, sorry - that many people cannot and will never achieve a six-pack due to genetics and the necessity of almost no abdominal body fat present, a goal which is extremely difficult for the mere mortal to accomplish. Have i been misled?

You propably have a predespositioned pretruding abdominalwall. It propably runs in your family and so certain exercsie are going to accentuate it, (i.e sit ups). Try to reduce your sodium intake and increase your cardio by 30% a week.

Getting a six pack ab is not a easy one. I got more information about the six pack ab from the real6packabs.com They provide good tips and useful information on the best exercise should be done and the best abs work out for the fit body. I found this site in the net while searching for good tips in for the six pack abs.

yeah you do need to post some stuff about your diet because to achieve a 6 pack you really do need like minimal fat around the abdominal areas. But exercise wise, you can do planks, sit ups and there are a range of products out there for this, though i would reccomend the 6 second abs as ive seen some massive improvements with it, :)
