Well I am in the green zone but being a little lazy. I have not gotten out too exercise for 2 days. My weight is down a little this morning but the wife is fixing a big birthday dinner for me and I may move back up into the red zone tomorrow.

Yes, the birthday fixings sent me into the red zone and now we have all those leftovers to eat up. It is going to be a struggle for a week or more to keep my weight under control. Time for me too pick up some road litter. Do you ever do that for exercise?

Well I lost a little weight this morning but I am still in the red zone. My kidneys kicked in yesterday so I am begging to loss the water retained because of all the sodium and salt intake at my birthday dinner. It has been a busy day and I did not get any time for out door exercise but I did have a very reasonable dinner. Hopefully I will not gain anymore. How hare is it for you to get the exercise you need?

Well I am back in the green zone but if I do not start getting some exercise I will not be here long. Do short winter days hamper your exercise routine?

I did not eat all of the dinner presented to me last night as I simply did not need it and I new I would be back in the red zone if I did. I am actually down a little more this morning. The weather looks good so I think I will get out to-do some litter patrolling exercise. Would you consider doing the same where you live?

We are slowly consuming my birthday cake and keeping my weight in the green zone. I wonder what the thanksgiving food is going to do with my struggles. How are you handling holiday foods?

Hot digity dig, I am still in the green zone, but barely. How did the thanks giving activities affect you?

This morning I am back into the red zone. Still too many hi point items in the refrigerator. I did get a workout pulling Ivy in a local park today. I hope that will stop the weight gain.

Hopefully I have stopped the gain of weight and can get back into the green zone shortly. I am down just a little this morning. How are you doing on controlling your weight?

Wahoo, I am down 1.5 pounds this morning, right in the middle of my green zone. Now to stay there I need to resist cleaning up all the rich leftover foods from thanks giving. Do you still have leftover foods?

Not getting the required exercise I need so I was up a little this morning. I am just more interested in doing other things and all the adopted roads have been patrolled. The good news is I am still in the green zone. Is you weight where you want it to be?

I lost about 6 pounds of water weight last night and was up at least 4 times to the bathroom. Thanksgiving fixings are about gone so it is a little easer to stay in the green zone. I did not report the last 2 days as my computer was down. Do you have those problems?

Hay, I reached the bottom of the green zone. It feels so good when I do that. It is time to celebrate. Do you celebrate your successes?

Life got in the way of me weighing my self yesterday. However, I am up just slightly this morning. Weighed in at WW and had no concerns of meting the goal. How are you doing on maintaining your goal?

Up a little more this morning, right in the middle of my green zone. Need to get out for some exercise but it is cold out there. How is it where you are?

It is not often I do not move up or down in weight each day. Today I held even which I find ideal. What do you think is ideal when you are on a maintenance program?

Macaroni and cheese with polish sausage and toped off with brownies, chocolate chip cookies and ice cream has damaged my weight control program. I was up three pounds this morning. I hope it is mostly water retention. What do you think it is?

Good, I am back in the green zone this morning. The smoked salmon salad we had last night was very good and usually helps to keep my weight down. Graphs also tell me more than numbers. Do they help you understand what is going on with your weight problem?
