help me please

I am so sad and angry with me.
This is my first post, because I really think I need help and support, that's why I subscribe to this forum.

Im always trying new diet, but i cant stick with one, in one or 2 days i gave up.
Yesterday I done well, i ate less than 1200 calories,
I did dukan, mostly ate chicken and ham and eggs,
and this morning i was bloating, my tummy was so big, and got so much cramp,
i dont know if it is due to too much protein or because the day before i drank the slim tea

so this morning i went to work, and whats really hard is that i was doing waitress for brekkie, and there's so much things so eat, even though i dont really want it, I still eat it, cause there's a lot of leftover, so its like i take a chocolate muffin, eat a bite, i know that i dont like eat, but still eat it, and throw it cause i dont like eat, then i do the same with the bluberries one, and with the croissant, and others pastry,
so yeah, diet=failed again,
then for lunch i just grab a small chicken sandwich and til 7 i just ate an apple.

then because today was late shopping, i got the idea to go to the mall cause i wanted to buy a gel eyeliner, which was out of stock,
and i really felt like eating something really bad!! i just wanted to eat a donuts, but i really wanted to try the one with the marshmallow that they didnt have, so instead I got a kind of spinach and ricotta muffin, where i only got a bite and threw it cause it wasnt good, then because it was the end of the day, they were doing a special on pizza,
so i bought one, its like a small size pizza but its still too much for one,
i bought one, wasnt that good, but i still end up just eating the crunchy part and threw the rest,
then again i really felt like eating something sweet,
and guess what, there was a mcdonalds next to me, so i was going to take an apple pie or mcflurry, but while driving i saw that promotion where they offer a glass if you buy that sweet chili seared chicken wrap,
so i bought it, except that at the end i saw i needed to order a meal, so i order a small meal + the apple pie, i finish all the french fries, and ate half of the wrap, the only good things wat that i got a diet coke, and i finish the apple pie,
now back home and feeling so bad and frustrated,
im not gonna lie, i tried before to make me vomit, when i had binged, but i dont know how to, or i just can't, well, probably i good things cause im not even trying anymore,
and just to make me feel a bit better, im gonna drink that slim tea ( i dont regularly drink it, really use it if i go to the restaurant and eat too much which usuallly isnt that often), well i know that its not gonna do much, just gonna lose water, but yeah, i feel a bit like if i evacuate what i ate.

i dont think that i have a real problem that i cant handle myself, maybe i just like eating too much, cause as said, when i dont like, i just throw, i think i just need some support,
and probably this forum will be one,

tomorrow again, im gonna try again to lose weight, hopefully it will last.
 
First of all: Never make yourself sick. That is NOT the way to lose weight and it's not something you should even begin to delve into.

What you need to do is hold yourself accountable. This is YOUR body, YOUR life. You say you eat when you don't even like the things your eating so why do it? No one can do this for you. We can offer you support and give you advice but you have to WANT this. There is no magical way to do this--It takes eating less and exercising more.
Have you thought about starting exercise? I'd start by walking a little each day and work your way up to going to the gym. Use a site like fitday (google it) to track all of your calories and read other peoples diaries--that's where the real gems of information come from!

I'd begin writing a food diary on here. Write EVERYTHING that you eat, even if it's terrible and we can offer you feedback. You can't have fast-food on a diet. Maybe on certain cheat days (if that's what you decide to do) but you need to get rid of the unhealthy food. If you're hungry, eat fruit. Make your own food instead of buying shit from stalls and fast food places. Take control of what you are putting into your body.

You're obviously unhappy with yourself and your body--It's why most of us are here. You need to stop making excuses for eating crap and take control. You CAN do this. This can't be a fad diet--It must be a lifestyle.

hello93, welcome to this forum! Listen, it sounds like you might have a small
addiction to food...lol

We, have all been through this at one time or another, so it is no big deal,
and there are many ways to solve this problem.

The first, is to stop dieting, and start eating healthy food.

It is also very important that you eat 4-5 meals per day, and that you eat
them every 3-4 hours during the day, and that each meal has this:

...imagine your plate divided into 6 parts, and containing this

1) some lean protein or fish or shellfish 2/6

2) fresh veggies 2/6

3) fruit 1/6

4) starchy carb (potato, brown rice, oatmeal, etc.) 1/6

and each meal should be average size, meaning not too big and not
too small, because you must simply learn to eat like a normal person
and stop eating the way that you wrote above (no offence, I used to
eat this way also, I just don't think that it is normal anymore, but once I did)

...after this make sure to drink plenty of water, and stop drinking any
beverages that have sugar in them, stick to very low calorie drinks,
if it is not water that you are drinking (water has ZERO calories)

...plus start to walk as an exercise every day, start with 10 minutes of
walking per day, and then increase your duration by about 5 minutes
per week per session, and so on until you reach about 60 minutes per day

...start doing simple weight training exercises 3 times per week, either
go to the gym for a month so that a trainer can teach you how to do that
or there are links on the left to the exercise part of this forum where
you can find information about weight training exercises

If you do this on a regular basis, and avoid diets, you will reach your ideal
weight in the nearest future!!!

I think i just had a really bad day yesterday, it not often happen.

Im trying to do the Dukan diet, by eating lots of protein, but my problem is that i like eating fruit too much.

do you think is it ok if i eat a good breakkie and lunch, i mean healthy, and for the evening i just replace by fruits?

Welcome. I wish you the best with your weight loss.
Im not familiar with the dukan diet.
With regards to your question about fruit....I would recommend signing on to fitday.com. You will be able to enter the foods you eat and see how many calories you are consuming.
I dont think theres a problem with eating fruit alone for a meal, but you should also try to have some protein and healthy fats in your other meals to make up for it.
Theres no doubt, fruits are good for you. Blueberries, avocados, cherries etc...but like everything else, moderation is the key.

One thing I'ld like to add.....dieting is like starting a stubborn lawnmower. It takes a lot of tries sometimes before it runs....you just have to keep trying. dont give up. You might need to change something, get more info, try harder, ...no matter how unsuccessful you are, try and try again. Someday, you'll make it two days, and then three and then a week etc. But if you stop trying, you will fail for sure.

The only thing you have to lose is weight....keep trying!
