Help me out!

Its best to workout when you feel the most energy or you have the time. The point is too workout. Might be a good idea to workout early to have it done for that day or increase your metabolism for the day. length is also personal, i workout hard for 30 to 40 minutes. After 40min a lot of people lose there focus and concentration.

I usually do about 12 sets per workout so i can easily do that in less then 40min. Never workout over an hour in my opinion.
 
I suggest you find a time both convenient for yourself and for a friend so you can go together. A (willing) buddy can really help you stay on track.
 
exactly. the best time to workout is the time you can commit to day in and day out. personally i've been training twice a day for no longer than an hour the last few weeks
 
I usually work out every other day.15-20 minutes in the late morning and another 15-20 minutes in the late afternoon/early evening.I seem to have more energy later in the day so that is when I schedule most of the more intense work.
 
Well i'm just getting back (3mths now) into it i'm naturally big. I'm 225pounds with about %20bf. Has you can see the dreaded diet is my Achilles hill. I worked out off and on since i was 12.
