I'm going to start college soon, and I wondered if anyone could give me some pointers on getting more in shape for college as well as not gaining the freshman 15....20....whatever it is now. I'm not terrible right now, but I'm 5'1'', so it gets hard sometimes, especially since I've never liked exercising and so never have really done any. I want to change that in college, but I'm afraid I won't have a lot of time available, since I always keep myself busy. I'm at 115 lbs right now, but I carry it kinda heavily on my frame. I have some pics, too...I took them in skinny jeans and short shorts that I would love to wear sometime this year but kind of overflow right now. If anyone could give me some tips besides saying "diet and exercise" (yes, I know that!) but could be a little more specific I would greatly appreciate it. I would like nothing better but to be able to wear a bikini by spring break!
(The first one I just put because I actually like, but the rest I'm really not so big on...I also took some sitting as compared to standing, because sitting's always worse!)
Oh, and then for the last pic, that was a question I had because I'm not so much of an exercise enthusiast, and that's what my stomach does when I do crunches...is it supposed to tense up and stick out like that? This sounds really lame, I know, but I stopped doing crunches because it seemed like I was doing them wrong...
