HELP!! lumbar injury.. lost consciousness..

Today I did a 160lbs half squat, after doing 3x10x90 full squat.. I usually do 90lbs full squat, and on the 5th rep I heard a "clicking sound" from my lumbar... so I walked away and sat.

suddenly, I kind of blacked out, last thing I knew I was on my knee.. and when I went to the bathroom I kinda lost my consciousness again for like 30 sec soon after that my vision and hearing was messed up... I couldn't see things clearly just bright green red yellow white pixelation and my hearing too... I couldn't hear things clearly...

IS THIS SERIOUS? omg I've never had something like this before...

but now my back doesn't feel too hurt.. just slightly sore if I bend my body..

Anybody know anything?

Is this serious? I'm so afraid it's gonna happen again

if I think about it again.. my mistake was.. I was trying to do the breathing technique today, you know like you exhale when you use big energy (e.g.: in squat pushing your body in the upward movement) usually I just held my breath, and arched my back... but that way, sometimes, I feel I don't have enough power to do the lift..

yeah, if you actually lost consciousness because of the back, then go see a doc.
