Help! Is this a good workout schedule???

Hey guys,

Newbie here!
38yr old(just turned) 5'11" 218lbs-224lbs.
Wanting to build muscle(not mass amounts but a good little bit) while losing those last several pounds!

I was thinking of this work out schedule....

All weight training will be high reps lower weight due to past shoulder injuries!

Mon- Chest & Triceps
Tues- Back & Biceps
Wed- Legs and Shoulders
Thur- Chest & Triceps
Fri- Back & Biceps
Sat- Legs & Shoulders
Sun- OFF

Cardio

3 days a week- softball in the PM(1.5 Hour )
1 day a week tennis PM(1Hour)

Is this enough cardio?????

Diet....

5-6 meals a day.......

8-12 glasses of water each day!

Protein 140-160 gr a day(not trying to be the hulk!)
Carbohydrates 75-100 gr a day-- All carbs will be complex carbs!
Fat(unsaturated) 20-30gr a day

So please be frank!
I am looking to shed about 20 lbs of fat while building a little muscle!
I understand that you cant do both on a large scale AT THE SAME TIME!
But am I on the right track???

I personally don't like your workout program. You are not giving your upper body time to recover and your body is going to adapt pretty quickly if you do the same exercises twice a week. If you are going to do a split workout I would think something like the below would be better:

Mon- chest, shoulders, tri's
Wednesday- legs
Friday- back, bi's

or

Mon- Chest/Back
Wedn- shoulders
Frid- legs, arms

Or even a full body three or four times a week (you can add a couple isolation exercises at the end if you want:

Mond- push, pull, squat, press
Wedn- push, pull, deadlift, press
Frid- push, pull, lunge, press

What do you think of those?
