Help i'm underweight

Hey

Hey i've found out that my BMI is too low, actually down at the underwight section.
I need some guidance.

This is how it looks like at the moment:

Age = 16 years old
Weight (kg's) = 43
Height (cm's) = 165
Bodyfat type = unknown=

A typical day for me: I wake up for school 7:30. !Sometimes! i'll eat breakfast. Then i ride the bike to school (takes about 6 min.), i eat lunch at 11:30, usually a sandwich. Im at school to aproximately 14:00. I get home riding the bike (takes about 4 min.)
I relax untill 15:00, if the house looks messed up i'll clean it (usually does), then 16:00 i'll sit infront of the tv. Now if Wednesday, i would get ready at 16:30 for tennis - i'll ride the bike to my club (5 km's - takes me 15 min.) Ill play hard fysical tennis untill 18:00, then i'll ride my bike back home (5 km's - takes me 15 min.), then i'll relax untill 19:00, then i'll eat dinner - rise and chicken or some nice tasty (homemade) chicken salad. Then every day at 20:00 i usually sit infront of my computer playing games or chatting. Then at 23:00 i'll get off the computer, take some situps and pushups, takes about 10 min, then i'll lift some weights, one on eatch arm, containing 20 lb's, (30 lift's on eatch arm)(i do this every day) then finally at 23:30 i'll go to sleep for another wonderfull day!

Now i'm underwight can you spot my "problem"?
 
YES!

1) You dont eat nearly enough and not the right foods. You need to eat lots of lean meats and proteins and dont be afraid to skimp on the carbs
2) You need to start doing proper workouts.
3) Eat more

Thanks, i've been hearing that for a while ..

But i've never heard the proper workout before... i'll do it! you gave me the will to do it! thanks!
