So... I am fairly new at all this. I have been working out for a few months but am dissapointed with a lack of results. I would really appreciate some help!
Im 20yrs old @ 5'6" and weigh 115 - 120lbs.
I have a very high metabolism and struggle to keep weight on ecspecially when Im stressed.
Basically Im just thin and long boned and I want to add shape -
HOW CAN I .... bulk up my legs and hips ALOT. my upperbody is at a good size I just want to add curves to my lower half.
PLEASE HELP - FRUSTRATED AND NEEDING RESULTS
