Help!! I want to tone up my body.

Hi, I just had my baby two months ago and would like to tone up my lower body. I am 23 years old, 5 feet, and weigh 124 lbs. I am not that active and would like to know what exercises I should start out with. Right now, I am just walking and running twice a week.
 
You should get some videos and do weights, too. I like Karen Voight.
 
Take it easy and BE SURE YOUR DOCTOR says you can workout. Ask him/her if there are any exercises you should avoid.

Assuming everything is okay with the doc, I'd start slowly with cardio, add in free weights and get back to a regular nutrition program.
