Help, I hit a plateau

I need help from people who know more than I do about fitness. I love to work out and have been really consistent for 8 years (since college). I was in awesome shape then, but after hitting about 23-24 yrs old, I can't maintain it, and even seem to be going backward!! What can I do to kickstart my body again? I'm doing weights about 4 days per week. I do legs and shoulders one day, and chest, back, tris, & bis the other day. I rest 1-2 days, then two days of lifting again. I do cardio about 5 days per week for anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes. I can't maintain the intensity I used to, though, which is more evidence of going backward.

Any advice would be appreciated. I used to feel strong, have a great metabolism and really low body fat. I want to feel like that again.

Well Denver_chic, my first thought would be your diet may not be up to par. Could you post what you would eat on an average day ?? :)

Yeah, more details. Age, height, weight, body fat %, daily menu, daily caloric intake, detailed workout program, etc :)

Sounds like it may be the diet or the intensity of your cardio/strength training. 23-24 years old is a time when people usually get a full-time job and their lifestyle changes dramatically- usually more sedentary.
