Help! Holiday in 6 months!

Hey, name is tom, im looking for a diet plan, fitness plan, tips, anything really to get me looking near to cam gigandets body

Im 5'9 and weigh just over 10 stone, quite skinny as it is but i have body fat on me which id like to loose and get some serious muscle definition! Mainly looking to do my abs, biceps/triceps an shoulders, upper body really but mainly abs!!



I have 6 months to train so any help would be very much appreciated, thanks alot!

Its not quite as easy as this fella! You need a serious good diet, high carbs and high protein!
You need to be training 3x a week with one cardio session, id say to achieve a body like that it will take you minimum 6 months, and thats with a very strict diet and extreme dedication!
