how many days should i be doing HIIT cardio to get about 10 lbs of fat off - 15 lbs. and how many pushups / situps / pullups should i do. becuz i can do them well i guess. im in okay shape just gut and arms a lil. how many pushups / situps / pullups should i do. ( sets / reps ) . can you give me an idea so i can get fit in abouttt two months.
goal : lose 10 - 15 lbs and get Lean muscle ( already have muscle but it looks big
( arms ) so how do you turn that leaner / less fat . get six pack ( i can see some lines when i flex it ) .. sides and a little middle but when i dont flex its a blobbb.
food : what kinda food should i eat for a 13 year old. 13 year old on a meal plan ( dietlike? eh? O.O . weird? can you give me examples of the five / six meals of food that you guys mention a lot. an example for breakfast. inbetweens.lunch.inbetweens.dinner

Everyone has a different level of fitness. You need to find out how hard you can work your body without straining or injuring you muscles. so if your not sweating your butt off pick it up a notch but if it feels almost like your gonna have a heart attack or puke your working yourself too hard. Injuring yourself slows down your results. You might be able to get some good advice by asking someone who knows your physical abilities like your doctor or your gym teacher. Dont drink any soda (diet or regular). Drink alot of water during through out the whole day. And dont give up because any effort is better than none and you'll see results sooner or later. Thats what worked for me but im not an expert. The more knowledgeable members might have more helpful advice.

I also need to go on a food diet cuz Im also trying to get a 6-pack.
