Help , give me your thoughts

So yes i did started for once to start working out , my routine for the last 3 months was 5 days a week at the gym where i would go and do my back and triceps and then next day chest and bi and then next day legs and shoulders i would do 3 different work outs for each muscle. I had started off at weighing at 180lbs and for cardio i have a bow flex TC5300 machine at home so most the times i would do about a 45min walk and 2 months later i started doing a hr and 30 mins at differnt increased speeds but i also do my cardio before i go to bed take a shower chill have a fruit of some kind and drink lots of water and bed time , my problem is i'm down to 150lbs and i still have that beer belly that mainly made me to workout. I have changed many things in my daily life routine i eat break fest and supper only and lots of fruits and i drink only water and milk all day every day for last 2 months.
please give me your comments and suggestions thank you
