Help getting in shape.

Ladies/Gents

I am looking at getting in shape as I am not happy with my body as it stands.
A bit of background.
I have spent four years working in an office and getting very little exercise at all, just walks ans the odd bike ride.
Previous to this I was working in my fathers consrtuction company and was both very strong and very fit. Every day was like being at the gym for 7+ hours. The result was muscle and very little fat.

I am 26 and 5.11 tall and weigh 13st and 4 lbs. According to my scales I am just under 19% body fat.

I have started eating what I believe to be correct(as below) and now I just need some idea of what to do to tacklr the extra on my stomach and love handles.:(:(

7.30 Breaky: Porrige with goji berries and mixed berries
10.00 Snack: Fruit bar 40g low calorie and fat
1.00 Lunch: Hand full of mixed nuts, hand full of mixed berries and a low cal shake
3.00 Snack: More nuts and berries
7.00 Dinner: Sensible size, lots of veg, low fat.

Yeah I know it's not 100%, I am changing it as of today, but do need some idea as to what. Can you give any ideas.
As for a work out I have not got one planned, I just pick up the weights and go for it for about 40mins and do this everyother day. The day in between I go for a run and do crunches etc. This is for around 40 mins too.
 
Why not try a bit of aerobic exercise. Have a look at this site E-Gymonline exercise fitness videos online you have to register but its totally FREE and plenty of classes to go at.
