Help forming my workout routine

I'm new to weightlifting and I only have 2 dumbells and a barbell at home. I'm trying to gain muscle to improve my rugby playing and a better looking body isn't a bad side effect. please help me improve my routine if it won't work please tell me how to change it.

Monday: shoulders and back (shrugs and deadlift)
Tuesday: rest (I'm out on tuesdays)
Wednesday: arms and chest
Thursday: rest
Friday: legs
Saturday: abdominals
Sunday: gym all muscles except back, shoulders and abs.

With a bit of cardio most day
