Help for a newbie?

I'm 17, 5'11-6', 158 lbs.
I'm looking for sheer strength, and tone in my body.
I've got the will and the resources, but not the know-how.
I've got a school gym with all the standards, and getting a membership to a chain club in the summer time.

Help me out!
 
Start reading stickies and using the search function! You'll find lots of useful stuff. Look for "Full Body Workout" and start digging around in the Nutrition area. Good luck!
