if i don't do benchpress on the day i do millitary press, then i won't be workin my chest, and if i don't do millitary press on the day i do bench, then i won't be workin my shoulders. I don't wanna lose results.

Also again, i've been doin dips for SO long (like 2 years), shouldn't i change my tricep excercise to something else now, like lying dumbell tricep extensions, or french press?
Dips is a body weight exercise, continuing to do it will not be bad, dips works not only the triceps. Perhaps wear a weight belt to add weight to your dips if you can do them easily. Dips have more effect than tricep isolation exercises.
If you absolutely no longer want to do dips, then go ahead and do what you suggested, personally, I love tricep pulldown, but dips are more effective.
One more thing, i workout at home just on a cheap bench, so i don't have a pullup bar, and can't do pullups, so i kinda have to keep barbell curls!
How do you do squats? If you have a squat rack, just put the bar on, and use that as a pullup bar. If not, do some upright rows. Biceps don't really need to be isolated. Since I've personally tried the whole superbicep routine thing, I can say that I get much more results from rows and pullups.
And why does everyone keep sayin to take out fly's, aren't those great for workin the chest?
As for flys, you wont' need chest isolation.
so you're saying just do 5 excercises....is that enough? I mean everywhere i read says at least do 6 excercises.
Well, bench, squat, pullup, dip, and bent over row are enough, what would you do for a 6 exercise even though you already worked all the muscle groups. Since you have 4 shoulder exercises(albeit some focus more on delts than traps and such), 2 tricep, 2 bicep exercises, then logically you would add a leg exercise if you wanted to have that magic number 6. Lunges, Step ups, Bulgarian split squats, etc. Do these at the end of the workout if you choose to do them.
Oh, when I say do them, I mean just do one of those in addition to either squat or deadlift not all three.
