Help creating a personal training programme & diet?

cHelp creating a personal training programme & diet?

Hi there I'm looking for specific help in creating a work-out programme specific to myself (also if any knowledge on diets)
I'm a 5ft 7 male and weight around 67Kg (10st 6) male. I have a genrally good level of fitness but im looking to specifically now lose fat around my abs hopefully giving me a 6 pack or at least half decent abs and start building on my upper torso along with my arms. If anyone could:
a) Recommend a training programme for a gym or even swimming
b) Recommend a choice of meals or roughly an appropriate diet
c) If I should check out any extra nutrients -whey protien, fat burners etc...-
