help changing my routine

I've been lifting for about a year, but not seriously until about two monts ago.
I've been getting great results so far, but now I want to change up my routines. Also I haven't been concentrating on one body part at a time, I just do all upper body together. Here's my routine I do now:

Bench Press-8,8,8,5
Incline Dumbbell Press-7,7,7
Lat Pulldown-7,7,7
Flys-10,10
Military Press-8,8,8,5
Dumbbell Curl-8,8,8
Incline Dumbbell Curl-8,8,8

I've been doing this 3 days a week for about 2 months. So now shouldn't I be doing about 1 part a day? Could you suget some othe excersises, or point me to a good site.....
 
Yeah i haven't been doing any leg excersises but I am going to start them this week. I want to lose about 15 lbs right now....so i guess thats my goal. I just want to get stronger and build mass, but losing weight is my main goal right now. I started eating a good diet 3 weeks ago, mostly fish,chicken,eggs,turkey, and whole wheat bread, and also whey shakes. I've lost six lbs in 3 weeks....so i guess it's working so far
 
Nothing wrong with training more then one body part per session. I do 3 fullbody sessions a week.

Its really up to you if you want to do a split or fullbody routine.
 
Build muscle 1st, Loose fat later. Its so much easyer that way. The more muscle your have, the faster your metabolism. your fat will fall off in weeks not months.
