Hello my progress, or lack there of

Hello, I was a fat kid all my life, started loseing at 16 i was up to 260. When i graduated HS i was down to 196.

Afterwards I rebound back up to 236. In 2007 i got down to 183 and got a nice lean looking 190 last year.

Right now i'm up to 210 and feeling pretty fat i'd really like to lose 20lbs. going to post a few photos here now.

okay, so i've put on 20 lbs and i've been eating a lot lately i like devoured a whole box of cheese-its sunday i'm disgusted with myself atm.

But i also feel fat all the time i felt fat when i was 180 so idk. i'm just really sad i've let myself get back over 200 now im around 210 ugh.

i try to exercise daily, i really have no problem being at the gym, running ect its mostly eating thats my problem i always feel hungry and im not satisifed till i feel stuffed. i've always been this way idk why i just really love to eat :/

so feedback tips ect anything you want to say just don't make fun of my silly haircut :p

you're looking hott !!! you still look buff and the haircut is pimp >:p in my opinion you're at a nice body size right now, but if you must lose weight i think a 10 pound loss would be just enough. however, you gotta do what YOU want with your body, so good luck with everything!! =]

Wahts up man? Nice work! I love to eat too, and often do it till im full! Some strategies are to load up on broccoli and mushrooms and lean meats. Even throwin in some almonds in the mix have helped me fill up

but in all honesty though you look like you have a good build for someone who is able to hold a lot of upper body mass if that makes any sense I cant remember what the term is exactly......but if I were you I would concentrate on cutting for a few months then Bulking.... best of luck to you!

thank you very much. If i lost 10 pounds i might agree, although it all depends how i look, i just really want to get leaner heh.

It's neat how many different body types you've been through, hehe. And since you've done it once before, it means that you CAN do it again!
