Hey guys.
So I'm new to this forum- and decided to start my weight loss diary. I plan on staring my 12 week diet from December 19th,2009-March 12,2010. My height is around 5'7 and I weight 140lbs. By the end of the 12 weeks- I hope to completely change my eating habits, tone up, feel better in my day to day life as well as of course- look hot!
Unfortunately my body gains weight very un-proportionately- I have the scrawniest legs and arms and I literally only gain weight in my waist and the first place I lose weight is in my legs. It is so twisted and frustrating- ugh!!
Anyways.....
Dreaded Starting Measurements
Chest- TBA
Waist- 33 inches
Thighs- 20 inches



EXERCISE-
I plan on doing cardio for 30 minutes 6 days a week and 3 full body workouts.

DIET
I plan on doing a low carb diet with 1 cheat meal at the end of every week.

If I may suggest, 6 inches is an awful lot to lose in 3 months. In my opinion, you would be better off to lose the weight much more slowly. There's a better chance to keep it off that way.
 
Day one

Hello my lovelies,
So day one - my calorie count is extremely low. THis is because I woke up at 3pm today so my day is super short (I caught up on sleep since all this week has been exam time)- but I will get it up to 1500 tomorrow.

Exercise
30 minutes of spin

Food INtake
Extremely low- under 1000 calories for sure.

I think your very right- I'm just going to work as hard as I can and than be proud of whatever results I get. Thank you for the welcome.
