hi guys.. im sure i will love chatting and meeting you all and having a laugh about experiences etc, but i have also joined for a reason, primarily advice because i have had accident a few months ago and i have put on weight at the belly and lost muscle tone in  my arms etc and i am finding it hard to loose it ,  i wonder if anyone has had a similar experience and managed to bounce back and become fit and toned again..?
i suffered a compression spine fracture (superficial) and broken wrists, it was about 9 weeks ago its amazing how fast you pile on the pounds.. i have started cycling upto 30 miles already but im sure im still putting on weight.. i have always had a really high metabolism and so i have never really worried about weight b4, but now i need help on how to shift it... can anyone help?
