im still at scholl 7am to 2pm, please i need some advice here

Congrats on the weight loss! Good work! You can still exercise at home. Go for walks or jogs, do some body weight exercises at home, get involved with a sport.

Drinking more water is excellent. There are many changes you could make to your diet that would make a big difference. Eating small meals more often, eating lots of veggies and high fiber foods and balancing good carbs and lean proteins in your meals. It sounds like you're not eating often enough to keep your body going throughout the day.

Hope that helps and let me know if I can help more!

Is it possible for you to get some free weights? If so, you can do tons of exercises at home. Heck even if you cannot afford free weight you can find miscellaneous things like bricks, books, tires, etc.

There's a park near me that I like to jog to. They have a whole fitness area that I use occasionally. It's just simple things like a pull up bar, step up station, etc, but it's fun.

Body weight exercises are awesome too. Squats, lunges, abdominal plank pose (actually all yoga poses), push ups, dips, reverse crunches, etc.

Here are 5 tips to fat loss that may help:

1) Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Each meal should be 2-3 hours apart. Each meal should contain one protein and one carb. The first meal should be eaten within an hour after waking.

2) Drink a cup of water at each meal.

3) Rest properly. This means taking at least 48 hours between strength training the same muscles, and it also means getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Lastly, it means taking 1-2 days off from exercising per week.

4) Cardio. This should be done at different intensity levels and different session lengths. Consider doing a low intensity/long session, a high intensity/short session and a few medium intensity/medium length sessions.

5) Strength Training. Strength train each muscle 1-3 times per week. You should lift a proper weight and perform the proper amount of sets/reps for your strength training method. If you need more guidance or exercise ideas you can head over

All of the above things combined will result in fat loss.

thank you very much, i think ill do the freeweights and body weights, and ill go for a walk in the evening

now, about the 6 meal a day thing
heres wot i ave in one day normally

6:30 am a fried egg or a low fat cheese sandwich no butter ,no mayonaise just low fat cheese

i dont have anything at school cos wot they sell there is ****e but i guess i could bring something from me house, a sandwich or something an apple perhaps

2;00 pm wotever me mum prepares, rice ,steaks, spagetti , soup, veggies, fish, chicken etc

i drink loads of water but i dont eat anything after that

so how can i change this thing?

6:30am meal: sucks. low fat cheese isn't necessary...if you want cheese, eat regular cheese, just don't eat a ton of it. but either way, your breakfast is bad. no where near enough protein, and a poor choice of carbs by using bread. try 5-6 egg whites, and a cup of cooked oatmeal (old fashioned oats, not the instant stuff...it just turns to paste)

2pm is fine.

but you need 3-4 more meals a day. period.

i thought the eggss were a good source of protein
ok so i need 3 or more meals
how bout this

6 am breakfast egg whites and oats

10 am an apple perhaps a sandwich

2 am soup, rice steaks, fish and that

6 pm another apple

9 pm beans

Eggs are a good source of protein, but one egg isn't very much protein.

Better plan in your last post. At 6pm I might recommend a real meal, such as meat with a veggie.
