Well it's Thursday and this has been one of the best days. First all week I've been sticking to my diet, which seems like a little accomplishment but still it's day 4 and I've been going strong 
Second thing I'm down to 194.5 which means another pound down. But the last and most wonderful news my mom is officially cancer free today

sounds like Christmas miracles all around! First off, congrats on your mom!! That is so wonderful!! what a relief! Second, congrats on your -1lb!!! YAY! And third, congrats on having like the best hubby ever!!! It is so great to have such a fantastic support system! Someone who truly understands and is willing to help you get motivated! He sounds wonderful for you! keep up the good work!
