Hello All !!! Welcome to ... Me :)

OMG..... 191.2 this morn ..... thats down 2.6 lbs !!! This happened last week so part of me is YAY .... and part of me expects it to go back up tom ... so We will see tom .. but this gives me the motivation to get through today :D

Thanks everyone for your support ... sometimes I think its just better to give up ... then I get a kick in the butt and im back on track :)
 
Cals for today was 1722 (switched this weeks "bad dinner monday" to tuesday) So that added a couple hundred. Got to base to go to the gym and hubby felt super sick so I assured him it was ok to not go (in a normal week he goes 9 times and has sundays off) .. but he is getting sick so I made him not go so he can rest up. So no gym for me today, but im still sore from yesterday and I figure 4 days a week isnt bad cuz in going on wednesday, friday, and saturday and i already went on monday. Excited to see what the scale says in the morn .... have a feeling todays weight was a fluke ... but I HOPE it doest go back up to 193's ... I ate more sodium then normal today so I expect it to go to 192's or stay the same .. BUT I did drink 100 ounces of water today ... I feel Im doing pretty good on water so that makes me feel good. Well my allergies have been acting up so I took some medicine and hubby is loaded up on meds to get over being sick so we are off to la la land :) G Nite everyone :)
 
Water intake today = around 80 ounces

Cals for today = 1979 (WOW... i was hungry ALL DAY .. no idea why .. but for the most part it was all good food)

Workout = 45 mins cardio and 15 mins weight lifting.

I can do 30 mins on the bike now ... only it leaves my butt NUMB ...I beleive I could do the bike longer if I could feel my butt !!! The gym has two types of bikes ... one kind where you sit upright and petal and one where you are leaning.. like your really on a bike ... I normally use the upright one .. so on friday when we go to the gym I will use the leaning one and maybe my butt wont go numb :)

Tom's dinner might not be so good .. I'm going to a free dinner that they are holding for everyone that volunteered over this past weekend so Im excited to get out of the house.

Cals for today ws 1408, even with the free dinner we got (WOO HOO)

Water intake was BAD ... 30 or so ounces all day! Gonna do more tom.

No gym for today but plan on doing lots tom.

Dinner for volunteering was nice, got some free gifts and met some new people that I think will end up being friends, which is awesome for me since my hubby is the only one I talk to on a daily basis .. so human contact will be awesome lol :)

Have had a headache for around 5 or 6 days now ... i think its allergies .. so that sucks, but im headed to bed now. See you all tom :)
 
No gym today, hubby was super excited to get out of the house and so something different tonight so we went to the movies instead LOL ... (But I did do about 45 mins with my resistance tube so that was ok)

Cals for today was up there ... about 2000 but I burn at least 3000 a day so it shouldnt be a gain tom.

Saw Daybreakers at the theater .. ate peanut butter crackers instead of popcorn (woo hoo) ..BUT I did eat a york peppermint patty .. but i did that instead of their BOXES of candy ..so I felt ok about it.

Got 100 ounces of water today (I seem to be doing ok on water intake lately .. loving that)

Plan on going to the gym tom .. gonna do as much cardio as I can since I havent got the past two days. Weight is staying in the 192's so MAYBE tom it will dip into the 191's (HOPE). Even tho the numbers arent going down I am noticing a difference, clothes are fitting loose .. or better and hubby said I look like I have lost weight so thats pretty cool :) Pretty tired now. Looking forward to the gym tom ... NEVER thought Id say that lol :)
 
I love going to the movies! I don't care for movie popcorn. My hubby and I always share one and only get 1/4 of maybe 1/3 of the way through it and then we can't eat anymore so we give the rest to my sister's hubby when we get home. However that's a huge waste of money so we're just going to stop buying that crap when we go, lol.

Hey just got a chance to catch on your diary....Looks like you are doing great!!
I find that when I eat lots of frozen diners or process food I hit a wall, even if I work out a lot.....and stick to a healthy caloric range. When I prepare most of my stuff from homade the scale goes down. Mabe that is just my system being weird but I tought it was worth sharing my therory! Keep up the work out don't get discuraged you will get to where you want to be it just takes time!!!!
 
Weight is holding at 193 BUT only made it to the gym 3 times last week. And so far havent gone this week but Im walking the block around my house (two times is a mile) and there is a hill on EVERY one of the four roads .. im using muscles im not used to moving since I normally just use a treadmill. So I feel good about that. Food has been ok, kinda dwendling down in the groceries so we need to get to the store :) Hope everyone is doing good :)
