So, I went to the gym on Friday like I had planned on doing and thus got off to a great start. Unfortunately, this week is graduation week. So, on Friday, I had a friend's party and I sort of over ate. Then, today was my graduation ceremony. Afterwards, my family took me out to eat and lets just say it wasn't for salads and fruits.
To make it worse, I just started dating a guy and we went out tonight to a fast food restaurant.
I'm still going to the gym tomorrow with my mom and I will continue my diet tomorrow. These two days were just exceptions, I guess. You don't graduate from college every day now do you?
I have no clue how I lost 4lbs...but I did. Oh, I forgot to mention that when I went to the gym, I used the treadmill for 1 hour and did weight training for another hour. I guess that could have helped a bit.
Went to a party and thought I was doomed to ruin my diet but they main dish was boneless chicken with steamed veggies and mashed potatoes. I ate half of the dish and skipped the cake so I think I did good!
