hey amnd, i guess 150 cals a glass isn't as bad as i thought. i only had a couple glasses, spread thruout the day. but alcohol is a depressant and slows the metabolism so calories count for more when you drink

i guess is don't have much to report. diet is going ok, too much sugar, but whatever. i'm worried about this weekend, i really don't want to eat too much, but there's so much pressure to eat at holidays

. i mean, i'm perfectly able to enjoy the company of friends and family without stuffing myself! why can't other people understand that? oh yeah, starting next monday i'm going on something called the "sacred heart diet". here's a link to it if anyone's interested:
my uncle just did it and did really well. and it's totally different than that disastrous protien diet i tried awhile back. this one sounds very healthy and balanced, if a bit weird. bananas and milk? beef and tomatos? if you say so... but anyways i'd love it if we could get a group of people doing this together. it would fit in with whatever challenges or competitions we might be in as well. i'm going to start a thread for it but if you'd be interested in trying this diet with me drop me a line in my journal.
i'm going out of town this weekend so posting may be nonexistent from wednesday to sunday. i hope everyone has a wonderul safe weekend *hugs*. remember, white turkey meat is good lean protein! just watch out for those cakes and pies
