once again, after using the treadmill , my left knee and right heel were in pain- the next morning they were throbbing- I've always have a limp after working out on a treadmill. Obviously my weight is the cause of the pain- Should I stop using the treadmill? If so, what are some good cardio exercise alternatives that won't damage my knees or heels? My calves also ache. Should I ice them after workouts?
