I mostly agree with this, but as far as fluid consumption goes, caffein and soda do still count, biologically. Yes, caffein increases urination, but normal levels of caffein won't outweight the water consumed with the caffein. Soda has caffein in it, so same thing applies there. It also has sugar in it, often has various artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners and preservatives, and doesn't have any nutrients other than sugar and H2O in it, so on the whole it's not very healthy and not very conducive to weight loss, but for hydration purposes it still has some value. Obviously, if you have a gallon of water a day, vs a gallon of Coke, that'll make a significant difference with regards to calorie consumption.

Hey guys,

Here are some tips for the weight loss.

Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil

Cholesterol and fat get a worse rap than they deserve. As long as you're getting your fill of HDL cholesterol instead of LDLs, you're good, and unsaturated fat is very good for you. You still shouldn't be ingesting enormous amounts, but they're nothing that really need to be closely regulated and monitored.
