I am a student and I really REALLY need to start thinking about my diet! I would like to lose a few pounds but also I am not eating great food at the moment because of my budget that comes with the territory of full-time education ... grr! I suppose I will be glad of it in the end!
So what I am looking for is any suggestions for meals/recipes/snacks that people have found to be healthy, helps to shed the pounds, is tasty (I don't fancy chewing on cardboard! lol) and most of all is cheap and easy to make as I don't have much free time when I actually get back into the uni term!
So if anyone has any suggestion I will be extremely happy to hear them!
