Grilled Chicken Tenders with Zucchini “Fries”
Preparation-Grill/Oven; Tools-Tongs/Cookie Sheet; Time-15 min

INGREDIENTS
• 5 ounces Chicken Tenders (4-6 each)
• PAM Spray
• 1TBSP DWL Seasoning
• 3 ounces Zucchini, cut into French Fry sizes

DIRECTIONS
• Preheat oven to 400*. Preheat grill to medium hot.
• Place Zucchini fries on cookie sheet and spray with PAM. Season evenly with DWL Seasoning.
• Spray Chicken tenders with PAM and season with remaining DWL seasoning.
• Put fries in oven for 8 minutes
• Place Chicken on grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
• Stack grilled Tenders on plate and serve hot with zucchini fries and a fork.
 
Hello,
I got my suggested 14 day program meals. However, I'd like to know if the suggested meals portions are all made to serve 1 person. i.e. the 8 inch cake as a meal. Is that for one person? or the 1kg fish in another day meal, is that also for one person?.

I also want to know for the sereal meals, does each meal contains 30g (3/4cup) cereal + 100ml (1/2cup)of skimmed milk only?
no fruits, no soups, no vegitables?

Got this healthy recipe that I am gonna share with you from Internet.
Easy to make, tastes amazing and its really healthy.

Ingredients
1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
Kosher salt
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
12 to 14 small vine-ripened tomatoes, quartered
1 cup kalamata olives, halved and pitted
5 Persian cucumbers
1 4-ounce block Greek feta cheese, packed in brine
Fresh oregano leaves, for topping (optional)
Soak the red onion in a bowl of heavily salted ice water, 15 minutes.

Directions
Meanwhile, whisk the vinegar, lemon zest and juice, honey, dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Whisk in the olive oil in a slow, steady stream until emulsified. Add the tomatoes and olives and toss.

Peel the cucumbers, leaving alternating strips of green peel. Trim the ends, halve lengthwise and slice crosswise, about 1/2 inch thick; add to the bowl with the tomatoes. Drain the red onion, add to the bowl and toss.

Drain the feta and slice horizontally into 4 even rectangles. Divide the salad among plates. Top with the feta and oregano; drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper.
