Hello! I'm new to the boards. My name is Mandy and I'm from Pennsylvania. I'm 5'5" and 145lbs and my weight has been fluctuating up and down for the past 2 years. I'd just like to lose some weight, maintain the healthy weight, and start exercising again now that I have some of my health issues under control.

So far...

So far so good with eating healthy. This weekend I'm heading to NYC though so I'll do the best I can to find healthy options and definitely watch portion size. I've been too sore to exercise the past 2 days, and this weekend there won't be time, but Mon. I'm planning to do a little. Continue small, 12 min. or maybe even 14 min. if I'm feeling motivated. I do feel good about the exercising though. Considering I've worked my way up from 6 min. and post exercising feels as if I broke every bone in my body due to my fibro, I'll take the fact that I'm doing 12 min. as many days as I can as a very good thing. I'd like to work my way up to 30 if I can. Maybe partying in NYC tonight will burn some calories, hehe!

what goal weight are you looking to get to?

partying burns calories -just watch the calories in the booze and party foods :) those add up...
