Healthy fast food.

hey panman79, i'm live in louisiana also :)

i try to do subway when i have to eat out and dont want to stray to far from my diet. in fact we did them last night. i got the oven roasted chicken sandwich.

i like the spicy chicken sandwich from wendys. i buy 2 and stick both chicken breasts on one sandwich and toss the other buns.
 
Definitely Subway. None of it is deep fried or extra salty, it is all lean and fresh. If you need a quick bite and want it to be healthy, go to Subway and get pretty much anything on their selection. Even the meat-ball sub is better than a greasy McDonald's burger.




Suggestion: If you are serious about body building, stay the **** away from McDonalds.
 
why is mcdonalds bad for body building? its loaded with fat, protein and carbs. It will make u fat and less toned, but it will sure build muscle. If I am mistaken, plz tell me.
 
Wolverine, nothing really can make you weaker, but McDonald's sure won't promote muscle strength, muscle endurance, or muscle tone. I don't know about you, but I don't want a gut, no matter how much I can really bench.


Seek elsewhere for protein and carbs.
 
It's not good carbs and fat at McDonalds. Everything is very processed. It will raise your blood pressure too. Stay away from the place if you like looking good
 
I will! Thanks for the advice. I wanna start getting cut now, therefore, no more mcdonalds. any suggestions or links to previous questions like this?
