Recently I have taken upon myself to do a lot more cardio, not only to help with my overall stamina but also to get rid of that nasty gut. I have avoided too much cardio in the past because I have a high metabolism and lose wieghts at an incredible speed. I am trying to lose my gut and decrease my body fat, but I dont want to turn into a little stick doing it. I work out a lot and am looking for some meal suggestions to keep my weight and size up but not increase my gut and body fat %... I eat pretty healthy now but maybe there is some good foods that I am missing out.
