HEALTH. IT’S DIFFERENT FOR EVERYONE
To recognize having exercised through health is when you can feel you are in the grip of something right.
And this grip is of the whole not from the sum of parts. Seeing beyond the parts creating the whole.
Health?
How do you describe it?
How do you explain having it?
And how do you know you have it?
There is the health of the human body and the health from the human body.
Which one is vital to human existence?
There is the knowledge of health and there is the truth in health.
Does one need both to live by?
There is knowing the words about exercise and there is the feeling through exercise.
So which is the way to exercise for better health and right fitness?
Health can be defined in so many ways. But even our own experience with health can be different from the dictionary’s definitions and a medical doctor’s educational opinion.
If a person who lived to be over a hundred years old, smoked since the age of sixteen and indulged in a drink or two every night before bedtime said that their long-lived behavior contributed to their long life, would you make them out wrong?
The nature of human existence is no fairy tale story.
The human body to this very moment in time is still a bewilderment of creation.
It holds more memory than a computer. It stores every known chemical element on earth. It has functions that deal without the mind. It can also heal itself. All of this wonder, and mystery inside the life of the human body.
To create an understanding of developing and improving health is studying the inner bodies where health lives. Here within lie continuous health changes of and for a life that is unconcealed and immeasurable to the mind’s eye. It expands the thinking, explores the undiscovered inner parts of the body and provides the innermost part of our means of being.
What can you do beyond eating a nutritious diet, get plenty of rest, and reduce stress and exercise sensibly to maintain a health for life? Learn to understand it.
The right exercise performed in its most comfortable way, develops to raise a person’s consciousness of health.
