I weighed myself once again yesterday and I was heavier than last Monday, so I might have gained a little.. I guess I'll see what's up on Monday.

Kinda nervous about tomorrows weigh in. I shouldn't be so focused on the scale but I just can't help myself. I do my exercises twice a day, I started doing 20 minutes pilates twice a week, I walk a lot.. I eat ok but I did start eating a lot more bread and pasta which is not good.. But on the other hand I do eat less nuts and seeds. I'll try eating more grains with veggies anyway! I also decided to go easy on the fruit juices to see what happens with my acne.

I was correct. I am a pound heavier. But I'm not sad or anything. I was losing too much anyway. I will stop eating as much pasta and bread, more vegetables and whole grains. I'll do better next week!

I've hurt my back yesterday :( I won't be doing no exercises today.. It hurts too much. I'll try stretching maybe it helps.

I've been visiting family and doing Christmas stuff this past few days, hanging out with friends, shopping etc. I am not so strict with my diet, there's delicious food around and I don't want to torture myself. I had some fries, wine, more bread than usual, white rice and normal pasta, peanuts... I also had a piece of cake my aunt made. Apart from the cake my diet was still vegan. I actually lost some more which is amazing since I also got my period the same morning and I went out for drinks the night before the weigh in. I am now at 70.3kg - 155lb.

Happy New Year!

I was away on vacation with my friends and it was a blast!! We were really having a great time and I'm so glad I went even if I fell of the wagon a bit :) I am back on track, I even started doing cardio on my new air climber. I will not weigh in this week :D

This month I have to go back to the hospital for a week to do more testing. I hope I can manage a vegan diet there (they only have a vegetarian menu).
 
I was at the hospital these last few days, being bored, eating tasteless food, getting tested, scanned etc. They lowered my steroids but they told me I'll probably have to take them my whole life.. And I'm not really happy about that :(
My weight is the same, I noticed my fat is really loose and visible. It was more solid before, now it hangs down from my body and it's just ugly.. Also my measurements are exactly the same as a few months ago.. I don't understand..
