I have been training and dieting for 5 months now. I have gained a total of 5 pounds and have not lost a single pound. I need to lose about 15 pounds to reach my goal weight. Here is my exercise regime:
Mon AM - Elliptical (40 min)
Mon PM - 1 Hour Spin Class
Tue AM - Wieghts
Wed AM - Elliptical (40 Min)
Wed PM - 1 hour Kickboxing
Thu AM - Elliptical (40 min)
Thu PM - 1 hour BOSU Class
Fri AM - Elliptical (40 min)
Sat AM - 1 hour Spin class
1 hour sculpt class
I watch what I eat. I eat around 1200 claories per day. I have eliminated sugar from my diet and I drink around 1 gallon of water per day.
I am very frustrated that I cannot lose a single pound. I do not know what else to do. Can anyone help me please?
